A sustainable strategy
The deployment of our CSR approach supports the implementation of our corporate strategy and tends to strengthen the attractiveness of our establishments, unite our talents and guarantee sustainable economic performance. It translates into actions in terms of respect for the environment, social progress, societal commitment, economic performance and governance.
A collaborative approach
The CSR department encourages all employees to adopt responsible behavior. It consolidates and shares the initiatives already undertaken by the establishments and supports the support departments in their projects. At the establishment level, it relies on a network of 108 CSR correspondents who plan and implement actions throughout France.

A ethical approach
We expect all our employees and stakeholders to adopt consistent and ethical behavior, and to comply with applicable regulations. We have formalized a charter which sets out our ethical principles, upstream of all the policies and regulations applicable in our group.
